The EVITA GROUP opens its EVITACOL plant in Bata

On 3 December 2018, the EVITA GROUP opened its EVITACOL Adhesive Cement Plant in Bata.

The event was attended by the President of the Republic, S.E. OBIANG NGUEMA MBASOGO, who congratulated Honorato EVITA OMA, the managing director of the EVITA GROUP, and pointed out that this plant is an example of the economic diversification now taking place in Equatorial Guinea.

The EVITACOL plant was built and fitted out in 24 months with 4,800 million CFA of funding. It has three automated floors or sections (in accordance with global technological standards) and has production capacity of 15 tonnes per hour.

The purpose of the EVITA GROUP’s Adhesive Cement Plant in Bata is to supply national, subregional (CEMAC area) and international markets, West Africa and the CE CPLP area.
